Productive member of society.

So I haven't posted for awhile cause I've become a productive member of society, which means I have a job. Yep. I have a one of them office jobs that I clock in at 9, type on a computer for 8 hours and then clock out at 5. amazing. The best part of this job, besides it's awesome description is that I work with maps. Maps are hot, end of story. Besides that I get to listen to music all day long, so I got myself a sweet 5G ipod. Killer.

Speaking of maps, maybe you guys will enjoy this: Fear of Girls. It's a mockumentary about two D&D players. I got a laugh and maybe you will too. enjoy.

News Flash: Possible return home.

On monday I'll probally be heading back to Downers Grove so I can help sort out my personal effects into boxes for their future relocation. I'll be home for two days at least so in that time if any of you want to get together for a hang out, I'd be up for that. Maybe we can play some D&D for old time sake. Does anyone have any games they feel like running?

update: Sorry guys, I only stayed there for two nights and now I'm back home in Minneapolis. Maybe when I come down there next time I'll stay longer and we can hang out, but it was good that for this trip I was able to get my stuff together.

Very sorry, but WoW has me.

It's been a while since I posted on this blog, the groven myth blog or the passenger saga blog. I have been captured and held hostage by a computer game. Don't send for help. I am enjoying my captivity.

Good news though! Not all my time is wasted on World of Warcraft. Yesterday Britt(Amanda) and I went to the Como Zoo and Conservatory. The place was free and it had monkeys. What a sweet deal. There are places on this planet where I can go check out free monkeys and not have to pay. That's like 5,000 zombies and 1 zombie-robot cool. Free monkeys. I can't get over it. The Conservatory was great too, also free. It's basically a giant green house. It's a great place to visit in this cold Minnesota winter. All the beautiful trees and plants really lifted my spirits. Sometimes winter gets me depressed and this Conservatory managed to pick me up. It's a great place and I'll definately go back with Britt whenever we get the itch to go walking.

In other news Britt's Dad has created his own blog after we talked about blogspot over dinner. Here it is: Classic Mysteries: Reviews by a Fan, not a Critic. As you can tell from the title he's a Mystery buff and has even started writing and publishing his very own Mystery series. He has even posted the first chapter of his first book, Dead Man below Deck, on his blog. He's selling it on amazon.com and I think it can also be found on e-bay. If you want to get into reading Mysteries (an idea I've played with myself) his blog is a great blog to consult for what you should read to get you started.

Well that's about it. I hope everyone is having a great beginning to this new year and may fortuna bless your threshold.
